From the number of streets, public schools and towns named in his honour, it is clear that Shawnee warrior Chief Tecumseh has made a significant impact on North America. Through poetry, novels and film he has also become a major subject for mythology. Physical traces of the man can be elusive to find and even more difficult to conclusively verify. Objects believed to be related to Tecumseh are scattered in institutions throughout Canada and the United States. This exhibit showcases them together in one virtual place.
